25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 days after 3 years service.

Business West gives all of its employees level 1 cover with the BHSF health cash plan scheme free of charge.  

Employees can: 

• Claim 75% of your regular dental check-ups, treatment or for a trip to the hygienist - up to £50 per year
• Claim 75% of the cost of eyesight tests, new glasses or contact lenses - up to £50 per year
• Claim back 50% of the cost of therapy treatments such as chiropractic, physiotherapy, chiropody and osteopathy - up to £200 per year

It's very easy to make a claim and the cash is normally in your bank account within 5 working days. You can also upgrade to a higher level of the scheme.

We offer all employees who have been with the company for over 1 year the chance to buy additional leave of up to 2 weeks per year.  So if you have something special planned you can take an extended holiday!

We offer a generous employer contributory pension scheme. We make up to an 8% company contribution.

You will have Life cover of 4 x your salary from your first day with us.
