INTRODUCTORY, BRONZE, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM

Introductory package:

Ask for our FREE infographic for a summary of the rules of origin, which you can apply to your business and exports.
 

Bronze package:

We will provide an FTA Utilisation Health Check for your business. 

• Which countries do you export to? 
• Which countries or markets are you interested in exporting to?
• We will advise if there is an FTA out there, which you could be utilising to increase compliance, reduce costs and access new markets.
• We can advise you on whether your exports meet the provisional requirements to qualify for preferential origin and reduced duty rates under the FTAs we identify for you.

Silver package:

We will review 1 of your commodity codes and a country of import and make recommendations of:

• FTA 
• Duty relief available
• Product-specific rule(s) of origin (PSRs)

We will provide guidance, definitions of the PSRs, and any other relevant criteria to help you decide whether your product qualifies for preferential origin and reduced tariffs.
 

Gold package:

A full analysis of your commodity codes against the rules of origin in the recommended FTA to advise whether your products meet the requirements for preferential origin. 

A full and final face check of your invoice/ text of declaration to check for compliance.

Includes a FREE Genesis validation on your invoice!

• Genesis is a platform developed by the International Chambers of Commerce (ICC) in response to the increase in free trade agreements and the option for statements on origin to be valid preferential origin claims. 
• It provides exporters with an ICC and Bristol Chamber-approved stamp on their invoices/ preferential origin documents to ‘validate’ the preference claim. 
• Overseas customs and your importers can check this validation for smoother customs checks and reliable compliance.  

Please note:

We will require detailed information from you about your products, which will be requested upon commencement of the service.

Should you need a further analysis of the commodity codes against a different FTA (e.g., in instances where more than one FTA is available between the UK and the country of import), the analysis, recommendation, and fee will be repeated.
 

Additional Genesis Validations:

We can provide Genesis validations on any further invoices for which the preference claim has already been checked. 
 

Platinum Package:

This encompasses all the above packages, plus any specialist consultancy should there be any special procedures or extra investigation to advise on the FTA utilisation or preference claim.
