Ablaze

Ablaze is an independent charity, operating in the West of England since 2005. We deliver meaningful experiences for young people in our region who are under-served, under-estimated, disengaged and lack social collateral. We aim to mitigate the crisis in skills, attainment and confidence facing this group. We use businesses as a tool to connect young people with the real world of work, offering opportunities for businesses to engage with their local community and achieve social value targets. Our goal is to support young people on their journey towards meaningful employment through a variety of interventions that utilise the skills, insight and guidance of our volunteers.
