Meet the Expert Event: Mastering Leadership and Management Skills for Health and Social Care

Insightful session on the essential aspects of effective leadership and management within Health and Social Care, part of our LSIP Meet the Expert programme.

This event was tailored based on your insights gathered through LSIP 1-2-1s and focus groups with our Business Engagement team, led by sector skills experts. Leadership and Management in the Health and Care sectors were identified as critical skills needs in the West of England and Swindon & Wiltshire.

The session was hosted by Sarah Ambe FCMI, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Elborough Care Services. Sarah, a strategic leader in complex social care, has lived experience with children who have additional needs and mental ill health.
